• Created the Centralized Policies, Device and Future templates.

• Taking care of IOS upgrade for traditional Routers and Switches.
• Responsible for preparing the HLD & LLD.
• Mange Global MPLS links across Cognizant & Customers.
• Processing CR to performing activity, coordinating with different Stack holder to have seamless activity.
• Co-ordinate with OEM for any issues and support.
• Maintaining Hardware & Link database.

• Responsible to manage WAN, LAN & Firewall device changes.

• Maintained the NETWORK for 1800+ ATM’s & 530+ CASH RECYCLIER Machines (BNRM).
• Maintained NETWORK DATABASE for 2300+ ATM sites.
