As a Tech Prcoess Specialist, I work closely with implementation Specialists to implement tracking codes on Google Client's websites through Google web-tech tools. Broadly my work includes

• Maintain and ensure proper implementation of cross-platform Digital Analytics tool.
• Troubleshooting and resolving tracking and analysis related queries.
• Understand user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution coming from different traffic sources.
• Performing R&D on new product feature roll-outs and exploring different approaches to implementation. Work with Google SME's and developers for testing and providing feedback on new features.
• Testing and up-skilling the team on these tools and their best practices.

Started as a consultant for Google Tag and shopping implementation and was promoted as a SME. In this team, I

• Interacted with a number of Google Advertiser's- analyzed their websites and recommended relevant optimizations to improve their conversion tracking setup.
• Helped in creating Google Tag to track any event on a website, to track web-call conversion, to track trafficking of a website and view the results in Google Analytics.
• To identify the source and medium of any web page using Google Ads and Analytics.
• Helped in creating a remarketing list for targeted customers on any web page.

• As a Technical Support Engineer provided technical support for all the commercial units, Workstations, Carried out PC setup for organizational use.
• Installed and performed repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment, as per installation specification.
• Troubleshooting issues related to network and networking.
• Assisted clients over a remote access, Email or Phone on hardware and software related issues.
