ENIT Application – Used by trading members for Pre/Post Trading Activities.
Membership Application – Used by Business users to validate requests provided by TM for pre/post Trading
Activities.
Member Portal – Common portal Application used by all TM to carry out day to day activities. (NSE).
Digital Signature - Data security, ensure document authenticity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Working on the Production environment of Exchange applications. Ensure the health of Application and to ensure 100% uptime.
➢ Taking requests (TASK) from Trading members or Vendors for the problems they face in ENIT Applications.
during pre/post trading activities, check live logs (JAVA) debugging and provide L2 analysis to ADM
(Development)/ Business team.
➢ In Continuous co-ordination with Business Users to resolve issues faced for TM and BU through Incidents.
➢ Create Problem Ticket for existing bugs or based on reactive measures provided by Trading Members / Users
(Business Team).
➢ Coordinating with Vendors (Sify) for issues faced by Business users and TM for Digital Certificates in
regards with HSM Device.
➢ Address PDC, PDR raised by business users.
➢ Writing Shell Scripts for Manual / Repetitive / Monitoring tasks.
➢ Involved in Production deployments.
➢ Participated in DR activities, done through SANOVI.
➢Participated in OS Migration Activities.
➢As Acting team lead .I managed the team while fulfilling my roles and responsibility.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
➢ Working for OMS Application Technologies used UNIX and oracle 11g.
➢ Working on the critical SLA tickets which are important for customer and business of Comcast
➢ SQL queries and MNP for the L1 team so that the can work on the tickets and fall out orders.
➢ Working on quantifying an issue so that they can be fixed in bulk by preparing SQL Queries
➢ Creation of database objects like tables, views, materialized views, procedures and packages using oracle tools like Toad and SQL* plus
➢ Providing services in relation to orders placed by the customers through OMS
➢ Responsible for addressing, diagnosing and resolving issues that arise on a daily basis for the team. also responsible for documenting the causes, analysis, and final resolution to the issues
➢ Handling priority email from client, so that end user is not impacted with the service provider.
➢ Updating the production incident reports and send it to management.
➢ Maintain Logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance
➢ Work closely with the Development, Test and Business Teams to plan and deploy software releases
➢ Using an operational ticketing system JIRA to record changes and work history details
➢ Participate to make Task UI model in order to give the CSRs in Comcast more semi automation actions in order to release orders and repair orders that there is missing data blocking them in the Order lifecycle.
