Single GL Transformation Programme:
- This project was initiated in which SAP P11 decommissioning was staggered, spread around 2018/2019 i.e. transition of SAP P11 into SAP PRD.
- Bank of England non investment banking general ledger review exercise was performed to ensure correct and accurate submission.
Finance Transformation Programme
It was initiated to accelerate and integrate all external reporting having SAP customer level enriched balances for uniformity across all form of reporting
Data Management Standards(Data Lineage & Data Quality)
- This project was initiated to see how life cycle of data is manipulated and where it moves over time and also documented data flows between assets(applications,EUDA's and Reports). It's cycle starts from identification of upstream CDE's followed by interlocking from the same and accordingly data lineage was created.
- DQ measures were revisited in relation to DQ target,dimensions, calculation methodology ,DQ controls and ensuring all CDE's were captured to ensure KPI's are up to date
Alteryx
Automated the TIC B reports through alteryx to reduce manual efforts by good amount of time and also served the purpose to prevent manual errors
