- I have been dealing with different type of work type Death Claim No Policy- In this we will use 3 different applications to find whether the customer hold with any policies, we will receive the documents in the Worksmart and we use them and grab the data of customer and do OCDB Search and Party check in Mainframe application, and finally use of 4Front application to finalize.
- If any types of policies are held by customers, we will split into different teams and close the case, informing the customer through a letter and email.
- We deal with various types of customer documents to determine whether the deceased have any pending payouts available, and we make other teams settle them soon.
- Multiple Product Claim Mailbox: We will receive a mail in our MPC mailbox with customer details. We search in the Mainframe application directly to see whether the policyholder has any ongoing active policies. If any are found, we will directly forward the mail to the particular team to deal with it and close it. If nothing is active, we return to the customer with a response of nothing found.
