• Manage and support 10,000+ Windows 11 devices through Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, acting as the L3 escalation point for complex endpoint incidents with root cause analysis and SLA-based resolution.
• Plan and run OS patching using Windows Update for Business rings and feature/quality update policies, monitoring patch compliance and resolving failures.
• Package and deploy Win32, MSI and Store apps for Windows, plus mobile apps for iOS/Android, with detection rules, assignments and install troubleshooting.
• Create, test and deploy intune configuration policy.
• Configure Windows Autopilot profiles and device registration, and handle daily device management tasks such as sync, remote actions, compliance checks and enrollment issues.
• Design RBAC roles and scope tags, and produce Intune reports on compliance, patching and app deployment for management and audits.
• Troubleshoot policy conflicts, failed deployments and sync issues using Intune device status, edge://policy, registry checks, Event Viewer and diagnostic logs.
• Follow change management processes, including change requests, test evidence and rollback plans, for production changes.
• Document fixes, procedures and known issues in knowledge base articles and runbooks for the support teams.
