1. Export & Import Operations: Managed the import and export of raw materials (spices, flour, tomato paste, dairy products, etc.) and consumables (factory equipment, ovens, machinery, spares, racks, etc.), totaling ₹1500 crore across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.

2. End-to-End Logistics & Warehousing: Oversaw all logistics and warehousing activities for both OPEX and CAPEX procurement, including handling international documentation, LCs, customs, FSSAI compliance, port authorities, shipping lines, the Export Inspection Council, and other regulatory requirements.
