• Responsible for coverage, acquisition and growth of overall banking relationship with key Indian Large Corporate Groups
• Managing over 30 clients with assets of more than INR 4,000 crores (INR 40 Billion) including overseas lending of $200 million (INR 10 Billion), through GIFT City branch of the bank
• Direct interaction with CFOs/Treasurers to help optimize their long term and short-term funding requirements with an aim to improve business efficiency and monitoring limit utilization by the client and ensuring account profitability
• Close coordination with internal divisions across the Bank including Treasury, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain and Retail to maximize revenues through cross sell for each Corporate Group
• Responsible for working capital, term loans, treasury forex, trade finance, CMS products and cross sell of salary and trust accounts
• Setting up of credit lines and completing documentation for customers including liaising with legal, product, credit, compliance and operations to ensure client servicing in an efficient and timely manner
• I also have experience in end-to-end project and credit appraisal, detailed financial modelling, complete risk analysis, advisory and deal structuring and then deciding on the suitable financial products with costing and tenure
• Responsible for getting internal credit and legal approvals
• Post sanction responsibility involves documentation and coordinating facility document creation as per sanction and also coordinating with debt syndication teams for typing up of debt with different lenders
• Ensuring continuous interaction with clients, structuring credit facilities, negotiating terms, financial models and other inputs to help quality analysis for NTB’s, group mandates, renewal of limits and specific one-off transactions
• Associate responsibility also includes monitoring of all on-going accounts in terms of utilization, tracking irregularities, reporting, covenant testing, cashflow routing etc

Key Achievements:

• Awarded for best project finance deal for only road asset exposure of the bank in Tata Group
• Awarded for first successful acquisition funding under IBC
• Executed first and biggest international funding for the Bank through GIFT city branch of $100 million
• Succeeded in achieving break through and cross sell bank’s products in liability relationships.

• Responsible for driving the budgeting process and ensuring its alignment with the strategic plans and overall objectives of the franchise
• Providing key data points for the Marketing team for devising promotional campaign
• Analysing the impact of promotional campaigns and to calculate effectiveness and return on promotional spends
• Preparation of a monthly forecast with a detailed buildup along with mid-month P&L forecast and key financial KPIs
• Developed effective review templates enabling easier analysis
• Key contributor towards daily, weekly and monthly MIS & reporting to the regional & corporate office.
