a. Processing 4500+ invoices PO and Non PO per month with 99% accuracy On ERP SAP (EMEA).

b. Provide resolution to clients (in calls and as well as in emails)

c. Worked on Blocked invoices.

a. Trained 20+ new employees on AP procedures and process.

b. Arranging Process Knowledge Test (PKT) and providing feedback.

c. Perform audit of coworkers for the entire team.

d. Providing feedbacks based on training session.

e. Taking ownership for any new task and sharing the knowledge with the entire team.

a. Part of Quality Check team. Giving immediate feedback based on error observation and monitor until the correct action taken by the individuals.

b. Developed Control Tracker to maintain TAT and Quality Percent.
