1. Compile & review pre bid technical queries (TQ’s) based on EPCM tender document received from respective disciplines in CRS sheet and ask for compliance from the bidder (EPCM) on the same.

2. To monitor the closure of all the technical queries (TQ’s) and expediting of technical bid evaluation (TBE) based on EPCM.

3. Co-ordinate with various departments like Engineering, Procurement, Techno-commercial, quality to avoid communication gap regarding project activities.

4. To monitor MR preparation and resolve pre-bid queries received from vendors based on material requisition (MR) for LLI item & Non-LLI items.

5. To discuss with techno-commercial (TC) team for early receipt of quotations from vendors and issue of TBE.

6. To ensure ordering, vendor document review/ approval and timely delivery of LLI items & Non-LLI items.

7. To ensure ordering and timely delivery of items.

8. Arrange & attend project related meetings.

9. Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth running of the project.

10. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations.

11. Arrange and File all project documents (Soft and Hard copies).

Planning and coordination of ADNOC heat exchanger replacement project and vendor payment from HO of road projects.

Planning of piping job which includes 5 lac IM of utility piping inside ISBL area of a refinery in Reliance industries Ltd.

Planning of piping and structure job which includes 2.5 lac IM of piping and 100 MT of structure for 125 MW solar thermal power plant.

Project co-ordination of 250 MW & 350 MW thermal power plant. Making Budgets, Cash Flows, Maintaining DPR, Expediting for procurement of tools & tackles etc.

Planning of piping, tankage & structure job which includes 3 lac IM of piping and 18 nos. of tanks and 500 MT of structure.

Maintenance of marble cutting machines.

Drafting & Modeling of 2D & 3D drawings on AutoCAD 2007 of vibration control systems.
