- Mindarika is JV of Minda Industries & Tokarika,Japan an automotive company which deals in manufacturing of 4W-OEM switches like Door Panel Switch, Steering Wheel Switch,Lever Combination Switch, Power Window Switch etc,Headquarter of the group is in Manesar(Delhi) Major customer of the Mindarika are TATA motors & M&M, also VECV, VW,ISUZU, FML contribute some parts.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Signal ownership & responsibility all New Projects lies in TML,FML,VECV & TDCV.
- As Project owner I am answerable if any delay in project in Business head meet.
- Direct interaction with Customer from staring of RFQ.
- NFR (New Feasibility report) tracking & monitoring against received SOR.
- TFC (Team feasibility confirmation) in terms of Project timeline,Capacity & resources.
- Kick off meeting initiator with customer & internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for agreement & adherence that project should deliver on time,with required quality & Budget.
- Prepare & track Master Development schedule (MDS) & weekly review with internal team & update APQP tracking(WBS-Work breakdown structure).
- Potential risk identification & resolve proactively by proper channelization.
- Follow up & monitoring on full program implementation (i.e Timeline, manufacturing feasibility, process feasibility, development, proto batch, FTG, engineering changes, tooling try out, program launch, LVPT/HVPT,PTR, SOP & Handover).
- Project budget monitoring in Pre-Launch/After Launch & SOP stage if measurable difference highlight to Customer/MRKT team.
- Conducting DWM meetings for understanding of Project status & resolving cross-functional issues at project level
- Coordination and communication development status reports with different sections within the organization.
- SPOC (Single point of Contact) to Customer & feedback against events adherence.
- Responsible for verification SAP BOM/Routing/costing/Inventory.
- Monthly new part Indent planning & responsible of supply adherence up to Handover.
- Reporting on a weekly basis on the progress of various programs and escalates the issue if any as hierarchy.
- Daily update-Create, maintain & review List Of Open (LOP) points & report to Project Manager.
- Listing lesson learnt- phase wise (APQP) for the Project
- Ensuring complete Project data at centralized location
- Material planning for sample preparation
- Follow up and Monitoring PPAP activities.
- Support day to day running of Project tasks, reviews & audit
- Daily team management activities including task allocation, progress tracking & reporting.
