International Customer Financing System (ICFS) ICFS is a financial application used by IBM Global Financing (IGF), the world's leading provider of multi-vendor IT financing solutions to large scale corporations and small/medium market companies. ICFS supports the core business processes (Pricing, Contract Management, Billing and Accounting) of the IBM Global Financing organization and its worldwide business units. It enables the customers of IBM machines to prepare financing proposals for all business transactions like New Lease, New Loan, Mid – Lease, End of Lease etc. This system has feature for Quote letter creation, Sending quote to customer, Contract management, Billing Invoice generation and Accounting. It manages the finance contracts and financed assets of IBM.
ICFS is an integral component of Enterprise Leasing Suite which comprises of a set of standard applications to support Client Financing business of IGF.

Analyzing Customer Churn problems of Telecom Companies :
This project is based on the case study of a telecommunication company, which is facing a customer churn issue. The project aims at understanding the pattern of the data and predicting customers who are going to churn based on multiple variables to help the company in retaining their existing customers. The project was accomplished by building a machine learning workflow that will run autonomously with the CSV file and return the best-performing model.
