At the end in the year 2015 there are 23 Private Life Insurance Companies present in India & a comparison with respect to their financial analysis is necessary to see which company is first and termed as 'Market Leader'. Hence, a study is to be conducted to know the above information in the Indian Insurance Industry. This will furthermore help in providing an insight and consequently provide recommendations on the given topic. This present paper will therefore identify the research gap thereby justifying the focused area in the present study.
