- Working as Backup Administrator for clients (Mondelez, Kraft, OneAmerica Financial limited, Luxottica, Rockwell, George Fisher) in DXC India Pvt Ltd Bengaluru India from August 2022 to till date
- To Maintain, Configure & Troubleshooting Backup and Restores using Hp Data protector, veritas NetBackup, Rubrik, Dell EMC networker, Avamar
- Configuring the backup schedules using NetBackup, Data Protector, and troubleshooting the problems related to backups. Performing scheduled backups and on-demand backup requests.
- Client's configuration on Windows servers for File level, SQL and Db2 level Backups
- Performing critical and normal restores as per requests, for File level & databases like MSSQL
- Managing and administering backup jobs of all the Accounts
- Troubleshooting backup failures, categorizing them to make sure long and repeated failures are addressed as priority
- Fixing backups issues and slowness issue on File system level
- Participating in audits for successful backups and failure backups
- Backup software upgradation to latest SP or new version
- Performing DR test activity to the secondary site
- Handle complex changes across the product
- Work with teams internal/external teams, vendors and all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
