  • Looking after the Channel Distribution management & Sales of Morde in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Sikkim & Bhutan through handling 6 Distributors and 20 Sub Distributors & 1 Importer (Dhaka).
  • Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales with the CAGR for last 3 years 19% - 19-20, 17% in 18-19 & 3% in 20-21, 11% in 21-22 because of the Covid lock down business was shutdown partially all across the Globe in food Industries in 20-21.
  • Adding more than 100 new outlets introduced every year. Volume Turnover increased 1400 tons in 2020 from 110 ton (In 2011 when I was joined) & touched.
  • Achieved 1500MT in 23-24 March ending. Also taken a most aggressive target figure at 1850MT with 25% Growth domestic business.
  • For Import business, From Bangladesh, I got the additional responsibilities in 2017as Sales Manager for Bangladesh, in 2017 I was able to manage 3 containers & within 18 month of journey I was able to achieved 8 containers with 114 MT with 4 Cr. annual business through the importer/ distribution module.
