• Managing Last Mile deliveries for B2C Large for entire West and Central - Shipments tracking, Escalations Closure, RTO Connection, Delivery Conversion etc.

• Lead North and East zone last mile team to achieve FASR target from 60% to 90+ percentage.

• Ensure to close all the ageing shipments within time and setup processes and guidelines to achieve operational efficiencies.

• Managing key accounts - Firstcry , Bijnis, Ncubate,Wakefit and Samsung.

• Effectively manage hyperlocal operations - Ensure timely pickup & delivery of SDD & NDD shipments

• Monitor and achieve CSAT targets by validating NDR's.

• Lead a team of more than 80+ managers across West and Central for B2C Large business vertical.

• Working on defaulter locations across zones and allocate resources in order to streamline service quality

• Planning & executing expansion strategy - Opening up dedicated and merged centres.

• Conduct Weekly performance meetings with State head & RM.

• Lead Central zone last mile team to achieve FASR target from 60% to 90% .
