· Building the Credit Underwriting / soft Collections / back-end support team for the business processes.

· Responsible for maintaining and controlling Financial Sanction TAT of Six working hours in Auto and Personal Loans, two days’ end to end TAT for unsecured business loan and three to five days in Mortgages as defined by the Organization. It includes monitoring and controlling the whole underwriting process, coordinating with agencies for early submission of reports and fast Credit decision as per Company laid down policy & process. 

· Ensuring smooth functioning of all dealer operations &audits functions. 

· Undertook a complete financial analysis, due diligence checks on financial, business strength, viability study for customers, for sanctioning / recommending a loan for the customer. 

· Analyzed data for the management and provided conclusions enabling management for further actions. 

· Planned market visits to understand the local market scenario / competition and formulated local policies & process. 

· Identified gaps & opportunities to enhance business volumes with improved sourcing quality. 

· Built internal controls for improved process & better quality.

· Followed up & resolved delinquent cases - an (basically for the first 3 months which were termed as potential nonstarters).
