  • Analyzed collection delinquencies, Audit observations & resolutions, along with early compliance of PDD & Deferrals on Mortgage cases, AHL- End use verification on time.
  • Regular visit done to Legal, Technical, and Valuer vendors for a better quality of reports & about the service support required. Cross checked Technical reports & Legal reports.
  • Responsible for Sales team Recruitment, Training, ID creations, System process etc. Hand hold to the new SM's till he needed to take care my Branch.
