Created and ran a pilot for a therapy based quit smoking solution. Helped over 150 people quit smoking through a 3 month therapy based program.

• Explored numerous markets for expansion of business with success in opening 3 franchisees in Latin America and 1 in Asia.
• Detailed market analysis of the hair transplant industry in various countries for franchising opportunities.
• First point of contact for franchise leads in India and Internationally. Cultivated various leads to sign contracts and open 5 new markets internationally and 2 new clinics in India.
• Created projected P&L, Capex plan, Roll-out plan, ROI calculations and marketing strategy for various countries.
• Defined KRA’s and KPI’s for various profiles across organisation to help build a robust performance management plan.

• Part of the core team created to start the Insurance Broker firm within Girnarsoft.
• Negotiated contractual deals with private and PSU Insurance companies to start online Insurance business.
• Helped the business grow to 2,000 policies per month through 50 dealerships and agents.
• Created and implemented processes to capture and maintain the data related to all the policies sold through the brokerage firm.
• Worked as Product Lead for conceptualizing and creating the Brokerage Management system.
• Part of the team responsible for creating a new website for HDFC ERGO. Created the Customer Experience journey of HDFC ERGO website redesign.

• Worked with AXA Life Insurance company in Noida and then in Hong Kong in their Business Transformation Office.
• Responsible for analysis and closure of all requirements of the AXA HK Business Transformation Office.
• Stakeholder management with various Department heads, Actuarial teams and Compliance team to deliver customer satisfaction index of 97%.
• Managed a 30 member team to deliver 2 major releases of the software system with zero defects.
