• Proficient in utilizing Azure Portal and Azure DevOps for efficient management of Request, Change, Incident, and Deployment tickets.
• Worked on API management portal that enables users to add details such as Project, Product, Scheduler, API, etc. The portal also displays all the relevant details available in our Azure integration system. This was achieved using Vanilla JS and .NET.
• Developed a automation script in Python to streamline the Billing Process in ADF.

• Worked on java, Git Version Control, Micro- Services, AWS(Lambda, alarm monitor, ECS Container, SNS), Unit testing, Canary testing and GraphlQL Database.
• Worked on cross team project with BI and ML team and successfully created a Service which takes prime plan attributes data from our new system and create a file and upload to EDX on a daily biases for 5 different regions. Also wrote API which takes prime plans attributes data from a GraphQL database, covered unit test for the service , added some sanity checks in the service(data consistency) in the services and implemented logging inside the system.
• 3. Implemented and Configured prime plans for EU, US, AU, IN region. Also covered 8 canary tests deployed in prod and solved 2 major tickets during my on-call.
• 4. Did attributes analysis for 2 services and mapped attributes between the 2 system and found the gaps and inconsistency between the services.

Contributed to a project focused on developing a fraud detection security feature in the Metaverse, utilizing deep learning and NLP techniques. Responsibilities included:

• Generating a real-time dataset and applying cleaning techniques for model suitability.
• Implementing emoji mapping, converting emojis to text and integrating them into the dataset.
• Developing a CNN model to identify authentic users and detect fraudulent activities through chat analysis.

• Led development on a Dentist application in Canada, encompassing appointment scheduling, reminders, billing, sales monitoring, and patient data management. Responsibilities included: Crafting Python scripts for seamless data migration from client to product databases.
  Conducting R&D to extract data from undisclosed backup sources.
• Additional tasks: Built a web page for MySQL query display using HTML, Python, and Django.
  Prototyped a query builder enabling dynamic query generation based on selected table, columns, and conditions.
