1.Reverse Engineering of Clamps: - Test Focal for reverse engineered clamps. Responsible for creation of test plans. Coordination activities for pre-testing, testing, post testing and report preparation.
2. A321-XLR Static Justification: - Project Leader and Customer Focal Point of the Engineering team. Responsible for project planning, team operations entailing team set-up, resource utilization and manpower management.
Coordinated activities of technical engineers in the static justification of aircraft structures in RCT, S15 and S17 based on various hand calculation methods and ISAMI based calculations.
3. Daily Repairs -Wings Static Justification: - Assessment of damage in wing structure of SA/LR aircrafts and perform static justification based on check stress/justification documents, technical documents and other AIRBUS procedural requirements in order to meet the requirements of airworthiness.
4. DFEM creation and validation: - Project Leader and Customer Focal Point of the Engineering team. Responsible for project planning, team operations entailing team set-up, resource utilization and manpower management.
Coordinated activities of technical engineers in DFEM creation based on DMU and detailed validation report preparation for A350-1000 Section 13/14 and Section 16/18 Window belt area, Cargo Door Surround structures, Pax Door Surround structures and Bulk Cargo Door Surround structures.
5. Static Justification of A350XWB Cargo Door Surround structures: - Project Leader and Customer Focal Point of the Engineering team. Responsible for project planning, team operations entailing team set-up, resource utilization and manpower management.
Coordinated activities of technical engineers in static strength justification and preparation of justification report for A350-900 Section 13/14 & Section 16/18 Cargo Door Surround primary and secondary Structures based on GFEM linked ISAMI analysis, DFEM based ISAMI standalone modules, DFEM based PATRAN/NASTRAN calculations and other hand calculation methods.
6. Static Justification of A350XWB Side Shell Frames: - Static strength justification and preparation of justification report for A350-900 Section 13/14 Side shell Frames, Clips and Joints for updated hat-rack configuration without Crew rest compartment using ISAMI Composite frame analysis module.
7. Static Justification of A350XWB Lower Shell Frames: - Static strength justification and preparation of justification report for A350-1000 Section 13/14 lower shell frames, clips and joints using GFEM linked ISAMI composite frame analysis module.

Static Justification of A350XWB Section Assembly: - Static strength justification and preparation of type certification report for A350-900 Section 13/14 Pax floor Crossbeam integration to side shell frames by creating detailed FE model using PATRAN/NASTRAN and carrying out justification using hand calculation based on various AIRBUS methods and ISAMI based calculations.

Static Justification of A350XWB Pax Floor structures: - Sizing and static strength justification of X-Paddles, Z-Struts, Shear plates and Crossbeam Lateral stability supports in Section 13/14 and Section 16/18 of A350-900 Pax floor structure by creating detailed FE model using PATRAN/NASTRAN and carrying out justification using hand calculation based on various AIRBUS methods and DFEM based calculations.
13. Static Justification of A330-200F Cargo loading and restraining system latches: - FE modelling and static justification of different types of latches based on the functionality (Fixed and retractable) and the direction of restraining the ULD’s (YZ-latches and XY-latches).
