• Good knowledge in TDS and GST
• Providing MIS reports as per requirement of PAN India Finance head

• Product and Components costing
• Preparation monthly Purchase MIS (Weighted Avg Cost-Domestic & Imports)
• Valuation of BOM for RMC and RMC to sales (%)
• Preparing PLI (Production Linked Incentive) costing
• Regularly updating of Sale price and Stock Transfer price in ERP and approve the same
• Responsible to provide allocation of expenses cost center wise
• Monthly analysis of RM price inflation's for management review & decision-making purpose
• Preparing Make or Buy of a component report to decision making
• Verify and confirm Physical BOM vs ERP BOM (Before upload in ERP) and approve the same in ERP
• Reconciliation of P-BOM cost in PO verses Actual Purchase prices for settlement of balances with customers every month
• Providing RM prices for monthly Inventory Valuation to Finance head
• Verification service bills and supporting monthly inventory audit
• Randomly testing RM Manual Weighted Moving Average price to compare with ERP price

• Preparation of Annual Budget for Port operations
• Preparation of Budget vs Actuals for Port operations and comments on variance.
• Providing analysis and reasons for operational Revenue and Cost variance enabling management to take informed decisions and help in improving the company’s EBITDA
• Preparation of vessel wise costing on sail basis
• Responsible for Initiate action for pending open GRIR and rectifying discrepancies
• Responsible for providing monthly provisions to closing of books
• Vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Vendor management.
• Verification of Department Incurred Expense Bills
• Good knowledge in TDS and GST

• Preparing cost sheet (Sand processing)
• Forwarding to accounts team with necessary data from plant
• Verification of Invoices
• Clearing of Pending GRIR queries
• Verify the production data with physical stock
• Review and reconciliation of month end stock with stores team

• Prepare Daily Manual Ledger and update in LAN
• Reports daily and monthly MIS
• Physical stock verification on regular base
