QC-Automation is used to extract the required data from the patient documents using the Enso product

Provider Package Delivery Bot

Client:  Ciox health

 Tools &Technologies used: UI Path,C#.NET, SQL, MongoDB, Orchestrator,

Provider Package Delivery Bot is used to send PDFs attached to an email to the RMOs for the verification of the medical details of that Patient which is downloaded from API call. To overcome the workload multiple bots are initiated where they share the work and complete the process in less time with horizontal scaling.

Social Security Administration

Client:  Ciox health

Tools &Technologies used: UI Path,C#.NET, MongoDB, Orchestrator,Social Security Administration Bot is used to download requests (tiff) from different sites from ERE portal and convert the tiff files to pdf’s. Send converted PDFs attached to an email to the Health Source for the verification of the medical details of that Patient which is downloaded from SSA Site. To overcome the workload multiple bots are initiated where they share the work and complete the process in less time with horizontal scaling.

CSR Mapping Updates:

CSR Mapping Updates bot is used to update (Add's/Remove's) the CSR's/RMO's information into the mongo DB by using to the RMO's requirement which is provided by csv file and finally sends execution summary mail to respective RMO with number of sites added to DB/removed from DB.

 CSR_Provider_Packet_Distribution:

Tools &Technologies used: UI Path,C#.NET, MongoDB, Orchestrator, SQL Server

CSR_Provider_Packet_Distribution fetches the requests from DW Working DB filtered by RMO's and then filtered the requests by "RMO Processing sites. It Performs duplicate check by using mandatory fields. If the request is not already processed, then download the provider package by using 'Outreach ID’ from API. Get the particular CSR mailid's for the site. Send email to csr with provider package attachment. send summary mail to RMO with success report and failed report.

Healthsource User Creation:

Healthsource User Creation bot fetches the Input file from the shared path and validate the input file then runs the bulk import tool by referring the input file. Bulk import tool generates output file and uploads the generated output file to the Okta finally Sends execution summary mail with status of requests.
