As an ambitious Human Resource- Look upon HR Systems Implementation, design and implement the HRIS for the organization. Ensures that all processes and procedures are continually reviewed, improved and the changes communicated for effective HR Tech implementation. Collaboration with all business users, along with vendor partners for multiple modules, across multiple geographies, that need integration with HR Systems in the HR Tech environment. Is responsible for the development, configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, enhancements and integration of all human resource information systems. Drive User Assistance Testing for all the Modules to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
1. Build & implement structured project plans from setting the agenda to hyper care with clear accountabilities and timelines for all stakeholders.
2. Setting up, implementation, maintenance of all new HR transactional processes, procedures, and tools.
3. Actively support preparation & deployment of future looking technological interventions by global. Understand the tools end to end, user groups, modules, workflows, their experience, and plan for successful deployments across Group companies and Business
Units.
4. To actively support the HR Service Enablement tower by managing overall HR Processes and continuous Improvement Projects within Shared Services & Business Unit’s scope.
5. Champion all aspects of best operational practice including process review, implementation of continuous improvement approaches and simplification of service experience within.
6. Ensure that operational systems and processes that are key to the successful operation of BUs are aligned with the strategic goals of HR Function and approach for meeting service demand is effective. Ensure design methodology, approvals, change control and documentation are standardized and consistently applied.
7. Support Businesses (and wider HR function where relevant) in the delivery of improvement projects, as well as supporting the delivery of HR calendar events and provide support to BU Teams when required.
8. Ensure that all processes and documentation are robustly maintained, protecting integrity and quality of data and version, support teams with process map and documentation updates.
1. Works with SAP HRMS forms and templates to prepare, initiate, execute, input approved personnel actions including hires, rehires, transfers, miscellaneous input, employee relocations, leave of absences, employee separation, salary action, exceptions to policy.
2. Provides HR Generalist support for Bechtel Business Services (BBS) Employee processing team activities; HRMS data Input for master data and benefits administration, employment offers, Pre-hire degree verification, background checks, drug screening, etc. and in coordination with global service providers as applicable.
3. Maintains employee data, information and working files according to required confidentiality standards and best practices.
4. Initiates Bechtel Global Mobility Center (BGMC) for National and International transfers via TalentWorks Employee Notices-TWEN, is responsible for understanding, monitoring and maintaining existing work processes, procedures, to ensure policy compliance.
5. Responsible for India Onboarding Process including Offer Letter release, Documentation and Background verification.
1. Maintaining Employee’s entire career lifecycle data and ensuring timely payments.
2. Supporting in Auditing all the transactions processed and providing floor support to the other processors.
3. Analyzing business requirements and delivering functional specification documents.
4. Prioritizing, managing, performing and allocating tasks and ensuring activities executed and deliverables are of appropriate quality.
5. Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality client experience while adhering to the SLAs for their services.
6. Creating and modifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on various processes with the help of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
