TRAVELLER’S CHEQUES REPORTS:
· Traveller’s cheques is a financial product used to convert currency when an individual or a business group travels abroad instead of carrying hard cash.
· Weekly code reviews to manage developed dashboards and changes discussed propagated to the dashboards
· Sales dashboard to record sales of TCs worldwide with KPIs like YOY growth, MOM growth and MTD, YTD metrics. Sales aggregated across various currencies using an excel sheet and blending feature of Tableau, to sum sales across countries.
· Complaints dashboard for recording tickets received regarding encashment or issuance of TCs with relevant metrics like complaints of a region, common complaint, most complaints from which country, status of complaint etc.
· 25k Sequential Violations: A report build to check if TC being issued is not used for illegal purposes by tracking if TC issued by an individual should not be more than 25k.
· TC Locator Dashboards: To track location of TC issuers and keep a record of newly opened stores and closed ones across the globe.
· BUSINESS IMPACT: Tracking of illicit issues of TC’s within the organization and viewing TC stores across the globe
PRIVACY REPORTING:
· Dashboards build to analyze marketing choices of credit card users, a user can opt-out of various marketing channels via which they receive promotional or special offers.
· Various marketing channels like telemarketing, email, direct mail etc. represented how many customers are receiving offers via which channel.
· BUSINESS IMPACT: Insight into which marketing channel is being opted-out and how it can be tackled
MAIN COMMISIONS REPORT:
· The dashboard consisted of performance analysis of employees within the organization.
· The dashboard was built for four hierarchy levels: Directors, Supervisors, Executives and Operations Managers.
· The dashboards comprised of performance reports of the juniors of a specific employee represented as the performance of that particular employee.
· The performance reports analyzed various KPIs like target, goals reached, sales made, etc.
· The dashboard calculated incentive of employee based on their performance.
HR DASHOARD:
· To see the supply of resources and project demands across Infosys. The dashboard consisted of joining data from two sheets based on factors such as experience, location, technology.
· This dashboard had drill through functionality. The final dashboard would fetch possible matches for a particular demand in the organization.
