Competitors/Industry Analysis: Analyze the Clients & their competitors based on different dimensions like – Product, Time frame, Volume, Price, Distribution Points, Income/Age Group, different geographies to gain competitive edge with detailed insight to core category segment.
Database Management: Work involves the creation and maintenance of the Clients Database in the hierarchical model as per the suggested spec logic.
Marketing Insights: Defining product scope with respect to Market Share, Category Share, Brand Analysis, Client & Competitor, Sales and Distribution reports across multiple Geographies through ADHOC Report, Promotional Report & Regular Report.
Product Analysis: Analyze different sets of data like Point of Sale, Panel, and Media etc. to provide the detailed insight about the Clients Product performance, Growth & Penetration across all the retail store of US Including Wal-Mart.

E-commerce: E-commerce coding involves changing data information for e-POS data. It involves expert knowledge of category and products. This data helps for further analysis such as shopper segmentation and profiling, buyer behavior, Strategy development etc.
Quality Check: Performing quality check of all the deliverables before delivering it to the client for the accurate delivery of the reports and other changes.
Reporting: Analysis and reporting of different major projects.
