* Conduct New Hire Induction & Orientation.
* Coordinating for creating PF Details for new hires.
Employee Relationship
* Checking on Employee Group Insurance ( Addition / Deletion of names)
* Conduct Rewards & Recognition programs.
* Schedule Management meet on the R&R nominations.
* Conduct employee Exit process for employees who are leaving.
* Prepare relieving letter.

Payroll
* Taking care of payroll processes for Malaysia
* Processing of salary
* Check and downloading eclaim and leave reports
* Updating EPF/SOCSO/EIS online portals and email payroll vendor
* Preparing pay voucher and emailing the same to F & A
