  • NPI PM plans and executes the product trials with the respective regional team.
  • Based on the successful demonstration of the trial, contracts are awarded and commercial deployments are planned.
  • Project management of LTE/WIMAX trials & FOA (first office application) in Asia Pacific and Middle east Region.
  • This involves planning the equipment and s/w logistics for the trial location, defining the trials scope and preparing the demo test plans, risk management, issue resolutions and scenario planning (IBS and outdoor), plan support from various box teams for the trial, trial execution and status reporting to the senior leadership team, trial closure and feedback the learning to all stakeholders.
  • Resource management of the engineering team. Allocate engineers to the trial activities based on the skill set. Identify training need of the team and trains engineer on ‘train the trainer’ basis.
  • Trials handled: Zain Kuwait, Saudi (LTE), SP-Ausnet Australia, Mada Jordan (WIMAX)
  • SP-Ausnet Australia awarded $50 million WIMAX contract.
  • Promoted product improvement idea in the team by bringing focus on white papers.
