• Pioneered efforts in partnership with Leadership Teams, utilizing audits and comprehensive investigations to uncover and resolve numerous process vulnerabilities.
• Co-Owner of the 'Appeals' Brand Protection standard operating procedure (SOP) revamp, which is being followed by the ABP org consisting 100+ associates, to increase the control in infringements & intellectual property right violations; and to reduce fake/violated products across marketplaces.

• Contributed in creation of blurbs for seller correspondence by T4 and Amazon, under the Amazon Legal Policies.
• Primary Auditor/POC for the ASIN Suppression skillset, co-owned and contributed to projects to reduce the loopholes and high defect rates in Quality and Re-Opens metrics.
• Reduced defect rates by ~8000 bps within 4 weeks in the Re-Open Analysis Project for seller appeals, which profited the organization at drastic levels.
• Designed Shrinkage Management Automation forms via Excel within the team, which guided associates to understand leave management policies, resulting in an improvement of team shrinkage by approximately 859 bps.

• POC for LOA validation: Majorly contributed in addition of potential 3rd party brand licensees for more than 5K+ Protected Brands. This includes performing thorough checks from licensing websites, such as licensinglobal.com, to establish the relationship between the seller's brand and the protected brands. It also involves collaborating with suppression teams for proper validation and revocation of suppressions, as well as adding authorized licensees in Amazon's internal tool licensor database.
• Experience with Hubble & Browse Query Editor (BQE) for extracting raw data and bulk resolving based on the validation.
• Carried out day-to-day appeal investigation concerning various IP rights accurately and efficiently.
