• Connect with department stakeholders to grasp report requirements and procedures
• Document manual steps, validate with stakeholders, and ensure data sources are functioning
• Develop a detailed plan for efficient report completion
• Execute steps in Tableau Prep, transforming data to meet stakeholder needs
• Create a summary or dashboard using Tableau Desktop
• Conduct 3 User Acceptance Tests (UATS) for thorough stakeholder validation
• Address any discrepancies promptly by connecting with stakeholders and get a sign-off for the closure of the report
• Publish, Schedule and Subscription of flow and workbook on the Tableau server and provide user training for smooth report operation.

Project : TATA Steel

• Data extracted from Sales Force Data warehouse system and also data cleaning and data preparation is done
• Generate meaningful insights from underlying-data and translate user requirements into reports and analytical dashboard using Tableau BI tool
• Ensuring the data sources are refreshed on weekly basis
