• During my tenure I have successfully executed below mentioned projects :
• Successfully installed AFR Pre processing circuit which include installation of Apron Feeder,Shredder,Conveyor etc.
• Expansion of AFR Circuit from 10 TPH to 25 TPH which included installation of Extractor,Calibrator,Side Wall Belt Conveyor,Metallic Apron Conveyor,RAL and Pneumatic Slide Gate.
• Expansion of Pyro Circuit and increasing capacity of Kiln from 4000TPD to 6000TPD.
• Modification of Roller Press.Converting to Dual Drive from Single Drive.
• Modification of Cooler ESP (Expanding 4 Field from 3 Field) along with replacement of Cooler ESP vent fan.
• Also successfully installed Process BDC and Nuisance BDC's along with their fans,Packers (8 Spout),Bucket Elevators,Belt Conveyor circuit etc.

• 1 Raw Mill LM 56.4
• 2 Cement Mills LM 56.3 + 3

2) Balaji Cements - Chandrauta,Nepal

• 1 Cement Mill LM 34.2+2

• At AMCL I was working and Technical Service Field Engineer and was responsible for erection and commissioning of Vertical Roller Pre Grinding Mills.During my tenure I have installed 1 Vertical Roller Pre Grinding Mill at Jk Lakshmi , Bardoli Unit (Gujarat).

• Also involved in assembly,maintenance and installation of Rubber Tyre manufacturing machinery.

1) 3 Nos Tyre curing press installed at Ceat Tires,Bhandup (Maharashtra).

2) Overhauling of Banbury Mixer at Paragon,Secunderabad (Andhra Pradesh).

• Used consultative techniques to understand customer needs and make strategic referrals to business partners.
• Educated customers about [Product or Service] options and processed purchases.
• Built long-term, loyal customer relations by providing top-notch service and detailed order, account, and service information.
