• Designed and executed a 5-month group mentoring program for senior consultants – involving 50+ associates and 8+ senior partners. Resulted in developing action plans for top talents and improvement of scores in all the competencies identified for the program
• Conceptualized and executed a new joiner assimilation program for Consulting (800+ span) by creating 15,30,45,60,90-day plans.
