• Designed and executed 150+ test cases across platforms including Trovata Integration, Access Optima, ACH Enhancements, OLB Guardians, Zelle Off Card Rails, and MasterCard Reissue, ensuring seamless payments, transfers, and card services.
• Automated test flows by migrating from Selenium Java to Playwright and created dashboards to track updates and system performance.
• Performed functional, regression, and UAT testing on web, mobile, and mainframe applications, with documentation maintained in JIRA and Confluence.
• Actively participated in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement) and facilitated defect triage meetings to drive quality and timely delivery.
