Roles And Responsibilities

Exchange server on-premises and Exchange Online Experience-

  • Working as a support engineer handling infra email mail flow and other email issues related to MS Exchange/Office 365 in a hybrid email messaging environment.
  • Managed the designing of Mail flow architecture and implementation of Exchange hybrid environment between Exchange 2013 and Office 365 environment.
  • Providing support to a hybrid environment consisting of Exchange on-premise infrastructure and Exchange online.
  • Have good knowledge on co-existence of Exchange on-premise with Exchange online/office 365.
  • Have working knowledge on Exchange hybrid deployment (Full hybrid migration).
  • Have managed hybrid identity for Exchange environment via both password hash and pass-through authentication sync solution methods and also have working knowledge on ADFS authentication method’s working.
  • Providing technical support for server level troubleshooting and Outlook client issues related to client connectivity with server.
  • Recipient creation in office 365 tenant, licensing of end users and recipient management for new users and user leaving organization.
  • Created Office 365 groups, Security groups/Mail enabled security groups, Distribution lists and Dynamic distribution list, resource mailbox and shared mailbox and assigning permissions like send as/full access/send on behalf to mailboxes.
  • Created custom domains inside office 365 tenant and configuring DNS records to verify domain ownership and working with different Office 365 workloads.

  • Performed audit log search from Office 365 admin centre for compliance management and email journaling in exchange hybrid environment for regulatory needs.

  • Worked on extraction of mailbox databases in form of PST via Kernel for Exchange servers and also worked eDiscovery content export for mailboxes.
