• Process Architecture: Directed the end-to-end workflow for Condition and Closing Review, resolving system bottlenecks within Encompass to reduce turnaround times (TAT) by 10%.

• Audit loans on the client application. Data entry on the client loan origination platform/system.
• I had to pull up various loan documents from the clients' imaging system to find the required information to be entered. Figure out discrepancies in the information entered in the system against the loan documents.
• Ensure that the loan documents mentioned on the process checklist, such as the Note, Mortgage, LE’s, CD’s, Appraisal, DU/LP, 1003, 1008, Title commitment, Payoff, Credit Report, Tax Return/Transcript, VVOE, UCDP, and Underwriting Approval, are imaged and correctly available in the imaging system.
• Meeting client deadlines/SLA in regard to quality and productivity on a weekly or monthly basis.
