BPM Study

• Worked as a Process consultant for various Supply chain operations of Manufacturing Clients

• Also worked closely with Process Excellence Group (PEG) to improve the process by controlling risk, eliminating wastes (NVAs) & identifying the scope of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to reduce the cost & Cycle time.

• Prepared the Business Process Architecture & Design (BPAD) report for the client's Process to identify the risk, VA, and NVAs and suggest the ways to reduce the same by using the 3 lever BPM - process mapping and Value stream mapping (VSM). It also includes the Scope to Identify Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Production Engineer

• Posted to the Greenfield project wherein I was responsible for setting up the Machining line of Dream Yuga & Activa

• Project Manager – Machining, responsible for cost, quality, and time of manufacturing line setup

• Designed the Floor layout of the machining shop

• Commissioned & Installed the Machine by closing and working with the vendors
