Handling End-to-End Recruitment process., Understanding the requirements in respect of job description and other specifications., Maintaining the candidate database in excel sheet and following up of each candidate till joining., Schedule & co-ordinate technical interview with the hiring managers., Conducted all pre-employment reference checks., Documentation of joining process., Conduction HR presentation to the new joiners about Company and Policies., Coordinating with other departments for departmental inductions., Prepare monthly reports on the new joiner’s and their feedback., Coordinate and schedule the Training Programs., Maintenance of training records., Consolidate and maintain the feedback of all the training programs., Driving major performance management initiatives in co-ordination with the team., Grievance handling and providing first-hand issue resolutions to the employees for their queries and concerns., Identifying possible attritions and participating in employee retention activities by driving rewards and recognition initiatives., Facilitating Salary preparation, reimbursement, Bank Account opening procedures for salary account of employees., Responsible for preparing Salary statement every month with all necessary deductions and forwarding the statement to accounts department for timely disbursement., Coordinating with Statutory consultants for PF/ESIC., Filling Labor Annual Returns, Monthly PF/ESIC filling, PT Returns, Holiday List, POSH filling., Preparing full and final statement and coordinating with the accounts department for the final settlement of resigned employees., Responsible for Conducting Exit interviews & Exit-NOC form., Complete the Relieving Formalities and prepare the Full and Final Settlement., Maintaining the employee’s resignation trackers., Create the employee data in the Greyt HR, Darwinbox, Saral Paypack, Keka HR, Workday & OnTime software from entry to exit of the employee., Ensure the software has updated data of the organization., Creating Health Insurance card and work on renewal of Corporate group health insurance., Preparing monthly attendance report and leave reports for payroll processing., Looking after the process and procedures of Reference Check., Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letter and Relieving Letter., Keep a track on personal files of the employees., Payment workings on PT/PF/ESIC monthly filling., Maintain the confidential employee’s personal files updated from entry and exit employees., Business partnering support to Management, Business leaders, Regional Managers for advising and resolution of HR issues while aligning with business requirements., Conducting various HR sessions, Regional Meetings, Cross Functional Meetings., Statutory Compliance - Making sure that required HR laws/CLRA certification and regulations are implemented with latest regulation at all sites and maintained without deviations inclusive of certification and payments, minimum wage implementation etc., Payroll - Payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, FNF & exit process., Performance Management - Responsible for Performance Management System implemented for all employees, recording of KRA/KPI, Driving Annual Performance review cycle, compensation revision, promotions, and performance improvement plans for onroll and offroll employees., Reward & Recognition - Responsible for implementing rewards and recognition program for Onroll and Offroll employees in region.
