Teams overall tasks included sourcing and processing applications, quality control, end to end customer support and sales, compliance management, and retention of customers. As a pilot project, learning of various new products, training of staffs, running tests and trails periodically, process audit and business continuity was part of the responsibilities given. After successful pilot run project was handed over in August 2020.
