Hands on experience on CTS Rotea, CTS Dynacellect system, CTS DynaMag, CTS Dynabeads and CTS Detachable Dynabeads, G-rex 100M vessels and Optimizer Pro Media system. Demonstrate PBMC Isolation from Buffy coat using CTS Rotea System. Isolate and Activate T cells using CTS Dynacellect system. Expansion of T Cells in appropriate medium with IL2 and ICSR supplementation. Remove beads using CTS Dynacellect de-beading protocol and formulate T cells in freezing media. Results and Data Interpretation during process – Isolation efficiency, Cell counts, Viability, Cell Phenotype, CD 19 CAR expression, Activation Markers and Exhaustion Markers profile analysis. Viral vectors production solutions – AAV MAX and LV MAX systems. Plasmid production and HEK media panel solutions.
  • MAMMALIAN CELL CULTURE, Hands on experience on multiple cell lines CHO S, CHO DG44, BHK-21, CHO E, CHO K1, HEK 293 6E and HEK 293 F, Expi 293 and Expi CHO and Insect cell lines (HI-5, SF9 and Super SF9) and their maintenance.
