· Responsible for Sales and Technical Support for Cell Therapy (CAR T), Gene Therapy, Biologics Development and Manufacturing to Indian Biotech/Life science customers.
· Deliver product-and workflow- specific consultations relating to the Cell Therapy Systems (CTS™) portfolio of closed, modular cell processing systems and GMP grade ancillary reagents.
· Provide independent on-site and remote scientific application training and support.
· Support pre-sales demos and post-sales product training.
· Develop and lead hands-on workshops, demos, and training.
· Provide market sensing mechanism, identifying new opportunities and trends, and highlighting gaps in current portfolio.
· Work with internal teams to develop and update workflow applications and education content for customer training in the form of videos, seminars, training manuals etc.
· Connect with the global Field Applications and Technical Sales teams and share processes across the organization.
· Work with the global and local R&D members to lead, facilitate and follow through with the implementation of new projects with clients.
· Actively plan and participate in conducting capability presentations, technical discussions and seminars for customers.
· Troubleshoots existing issues and suggests solutions to both R&D and Commercial clients.
