- Monitor regular activity such as Coordinate with Branch in-charges/Supervisors/Franchise owners to maintain time based daily activity from opening till the closer of the day... if any place is being facing any problem such as load stuck for less manpower, Not able to work due to very less load volume and high costing or any other critical problems, then our job to take proper initiative and try to get most reliable solutions which can be benefited both of us...
- Coordinate with CLT, CMT, SLV&P and other backend teams for getting solutions for different operation issues...

- try to take decisions like arrange daily training programe for Delivery representatives, Strickle Implementation of SOP's related to operation and Security,coordinates with all manpower agencies for recruitment in all level of the Branch etc...
- Very few people were working across the departments at that time, So we have to complete most of the jobs by our own..We look after to LH, FM ops,most of the recruitment etc. Even after such difficulties we were able to established a seamless and efficient delivery network in the city

- Main KRA is here to received loads from all across the zones and the filtered it(Separate the damaged shipments, misroute shipments, shipments belongs to Non serviceable areas) and reconnect to different Dispatch Centers within a stipulated time frame so that DC's get fresh and intact shipments for delivery without any obstacles…
- Coordinate with the CP or RTO Hub for return shipments and look close eye on this total process so that returned should be done in good and intact condition…
- Coordinating with different Vendors and Line Haul team to mobilise Vehicles for load connection within TAT…
