Responsibilities:

• Interact with Business Analyst, developers and Product owners to design better test plan and strategies based on the requirements of the business.
• Executed factional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing on salesforce application to ensure system reliability, data integrity and adherence to business requirements. Used MS Excel for comparing millions of records and its fields. Performed Sanity/Smoke testing for each release.
• Involved in User Acceptance Testing. Involved in reviews for functional requirements and test case scenarios and test case designing.
• Involved in creating gap analysis document, clearly identifying the data, business process and work flow of the organization.
• Used Data Loader to insert, update, and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.com Objects. Used it to read, extract and load data from CSV files.
• Identified, documented and tracked defects using bug tracking system(JIRA) and following up on defect resolution with development team.
• Actively participated in the Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospective to provide input on testing strategies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Acted as a SPOC for all testing related activities in Onshore. Provided Offshore team with necessary KT and assistance whenever required.
• Monitored KPIs to proactively address bottlenecks and quality issues.
• Prepared test reports summarizing test execution results, defect metrics and overall system quality for stakeholders and project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Implemented the security procedures carefully which included: Dynamic Application Security Testing(DAST), Threat Modelling, Static Code Review, Open Source Component Analysis, Application Architecture Reviews and Manual Security Testing while incorporating security into SDLC for any application.
• Provided layered protection by performing penetration tests on various applications using automated and manual techniques with tools such as OWASP ZAP Proxy, Burp Suite and other open source tools.
• Excellent knowledge on OWASP Top 10, OWASP Top 10 API, ability to map vulnerabilities identified against in accordance with the security standards and designed company-wide policies to bring operations in line with OWASP standards.
