Team Manager
- Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and transform it to actionable information like Order Sales report, Survey Publication Timeliness, L&D Dashboard etc.
- Exhibits strong leadership skills in guiding team at technology level and provide technical support to existing repots, dashboards and scorecards.
- Lead, build and drive quality approach within the team and set tollgates for a zero defect process.
- Implementation of new report designs within the Business Operating Model.
- Develop metrics to determine inefficiencies and areas of improvement through reporting.
- Accountable for estimating effort and timeliness required for team reporting.
- Engage in process development through reengineering, system checks and process automation.
