• Managing 13 sortation facilities comprising of Flipkart and Myntra Business with a capacity of 35 lakh sorts and 12 lakh cross docks a day.
• Led a team of 5 direct reportees including 245 On Roll Employees and 5200 Off Roll Employees.
• Reduced Functional Breach from 1.50% to 0.50%, CPD Breach from 7.19% to 0.09%, Mis-sort from 2% to 0.01% , Misroute from 6.94% to 0.01%.
• Reduced Forward Pendency Beyond 24 hrs. – from 1.55% in Feb'21 to 0.17%, Returns Pendency Beyond 24 hrs. – from 10.41% to 0.19%, Ops Dependent Pilferage from Rs.10 Lakhs PA to 3 Lakhs PA .
• Improved IPP from 385 (BBD' 21) to 415 (March' 22).

• Responsible for First Mile & Last Mile operations of Flipkart , covering 300 locations across Western India.
• Managed a team of 6 direct reports and 9000 people and kiranas, a fleet of 600 vehicles during peak.
• Responsible and accountable for resource planning, availability, speed, reliability, customer experience, shrinkage and fake reduction.
• Delivered 200000 shipments per day in BAU and picked up 1.5 lakh shipments per day in First Mile.
• Sailed through the entire pandemic by coordinating with different government agencies and administration to ensure reliability.

Significant Highlights:

• Seamlessly increased Network foot print from 170 to 300 last mile delivery hubs within a span of 1.5 years.
• Managed 2X volume during peak.
• Mumbai as a metro city has handled highest Last Mile Volume pan India ; Surat has managed 2nd highest First Mile Volume.

• Managed East-I Last Mile operations that primarily included West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, North Eastern States.
• Supervised 6 direct reports, 5000 people covering 10 states, 200 delivery hub locations, 2000 pin codes.
• Delivered 200000 shipments during BAU and 2X volume during peak.
• Responsible & accountable for speed, reliability, cost, reach, quality, safety and customer experience.

• Increased Network foot print from 35 delivery hubs to 210 delivery hubs within a span of 3 years.

• Secondary transportation planning, vendor selection and distribution of Polymer products across East.
• Launched Reliance Retail F&V and FMCG operations at Kolkata and Bhubaneswar which included distribution to Retail Stores.

• Launched & operated 150k SFT Green Field warehouse and 3P operations for TATA Motors Spare parts Division at Jamshedpur.
• Managed 16k SKUs which included procurement, sales, quality assurance and transport management.
• Handled a team of 160 manpower.

• Managed 40k SFT Finished goods warehouse having 8000 SKUs.
• Coordinated with planning and transport departments for distribution of Finished goods across 36 states warehouses pan India.
