HRSD Implementation Project for a leading insurance company of Sydney -

As a key member of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation project on the ServiceNow platform, I played a pivotal role in designing and executing streamlined HR workflows that enhanced employee experience and operational efficiency. My contributions included implementing self-service portals and automation features. I facilitated showcase sessions for HR staff and end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new system. This project not only strengthened my technical skills in ServiceNow, but also honed my ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

HRSD Implementation Project for a statutory authority of the Government of Queensland-

I was instrumental in migrating an existing HR service delivery system to ServiceNow. I created different HR modules to meet specific requirements. My focus on user experience led to the implementation of record producers, workflows, notifications, quick messages, enabling different COEs, and implementing employee relations modules, as well as enhancing system functionality and user engagement. These projects reinforced my expertise in HRSD best practices and strengthened my project management skills within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
