Project Domain: SAP C4C (CRM)

• Accomplished Business Analyst, handling business requirement both front-end and back-end AWS requirement making sure business value is delivered to end user
• Serve as a key member of the AWS Solutioning by turning data into actionable insights and providing support for strategic initiatives
• Brainstorm and document Solution Design with the Solution Architects briefing the Technical perspective and use cases
• Influence the decisions through effective verbal, written communication and logical reasoning of data churning by AWS services such as Lambda, Scheduler, SNS, SQS etc
• System design documentation and enhancement (architectural specifications, diagrams and charts, functional and configuration specifications) provide the visualization of the technical implementation of user requirements
• Experience in data mapping, writing technical user stories to setup, configure and manage AWS components based on the solutioning provided by the software architects
• Hands on end to end working as a technical analyst concerning system to system integration and building microservices from scratch
• Support cross-functional teams and projects by providing data driven insights.

Project Domain: E-commerce and ERP solution.

• Worked closely with Product owner in various activities of the project like information gathering, analyzing the information gathered, documenting the functional and business requirements in form of FRD and BRD document
• Created Wireframes using an online tool Balsamic Mockups
• Worked with the Product Owner to create user stories addressing their business value
• Documented the user stories with Acceptance criteria, prototypes, Business value, Precondition and also included any development and testing notes
• Participated in sessions with developers and QA's to ensure clarity and accuracy of their understanding of a user story
• Helped the team understand the requirements during planning sessions for better estimation of user stories the team would commit to for the sprint in Sprint Planning Meeting
• Assisted the QA team in creating test strategy, test case scenarios
• Took part in the preparation of the Project plan, user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Extensive experience as support in handling and troubleshooting customer issues and annotating effectively in Amazon CRM system as per Amazon laid SOP.
