1. Migration of Direct Fulfillment nodes :- Created a SOP when Cloudtail Direct Fulfillment sites were migrated to different Vendors .The SOP was shared with the entire Operations team across PAN India and Sellers .

2. South & East Region Contingency Management :- Capacity Management of all the External Fulfillment Nodes during the contingencies. Proactive actions are taken during contingencies like Traffic Issues , Natural Calamities.

3. Pharma Seller Site Launches and Performance Management :- Managing the Entire Pharma sites across PAN India and improving the seller performances by maximize seller ship outs by reducing SLAs .
