Project Description: Transactor is a sub-ledger and regional system for Financial and Regulatory reporting purpose. Transactor is a bridge where output from Flexcube (Ledger system) and other information are enriched for further risk-management studies or reporting to local authorities.

• Participated as stakeholder in coordination of projects from start to end including impact assessment, cost estimation, planning, implementation and closure of the SDLC cycle.
• Responsible for work and task assignments to the team to comprehensively lead people by making them self managing for above projects.

Project Description: GFDM (Global Financial Data Model) and FRDM (Financial Reporting Data Model) are data warehouses, where all the feeds (or files) come from different trading source systems like Treat, Summit, Calypso, Impact etc.

Project Description: Magnet is a network inventory, planning and build application, comprises of 3 individual sections managing Transmission Lines (Magnet Lines), Core network planning (Magnet Plus) and Radio Networks planning and build (Magnet IPD).

Magnet lines application allows us to request and order transmission lines connection between two points and supports Finance team to manage the financial aspects of ordered lines such as reconciling invoices.

• Development of code using PL/SQL.
• Planning de-commissioning of Magnet Lines (one of the three component of MagNet application) application.
• Prepared data synchronization interface from third party application.
• Migration the existing data to another system.
• Planning the steps behind migration of existing data to another system.

Project Description: Centralized Processing Centre (CPC) for Income Tax Returns enabling Centralized Processing of all E-filed Income tax returns and paper returns (Of Karnataka and Goa at Bangalore). CPC is a system driven process for determination, generation, issue, dispatch and credit of refunds and enables efficient and safe delivery of Income Tax refunds.

Roles & responsibilities and significant assignments:

• Development of code using PL/SQL.
  Involved in the continuous enhancements and fixing of production problems.
• Involved in requirement gathering for system enhancements.
  Created PL/SQL stored procedures, functions and packages to facilitate Indian citizens to update contact details, address and bank details even after filling the income tax return.
• Extensively used the advanced features of PL/SQL like Records, Tables, Object types and Dynamic SQL.
• Used Bulk Collections for better performance and easy retrieval of data, by reducing context switching between SQL and PL/SQL engines.

Project Description: Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) is the second Indian central securities depository based in Mumbai. Its main function is the holding securities either in certificated or uncertificated (dematerialized) form, to enable book entry transfer of securities along with opening demat account, pledge/unpledged against securities and generation of important reports related to transactions.

Roles & responsibilities and significant assignments:

• Working on UNIX platform using languages like PL/SQL, SQL, C, pro*C and database as Oracle 10g, 11g.
• Prepared design document for development of RGESS (Rajiv Gandhi Equity Saving Scheme) development.
  Written codes for processing of files received from Exchanges (BSE & NSE) containing transaction values of RGESS transactions and respectively freeze that quantity for specified lockin period.
• Written PL/SQL functions and triggers to generate report from report server (remote) while report setup is from main server.
• Created SQL scripts and Shell scripts which provide a statistical data useful for preparing daily and monthly MIS reports
• Created PL/SQL scripts for Inserting and Updating large amount of data to the Database

• Involved in DRS (Disaster Recovery Site) switching activity wherein the entire application is switched to the recovery site after which the system runs on the recovery site and then switched back to the main site
• Handling the live problems occurring during settlement hours
• Involved in Unit, Integrated and Benchmark testing. Preparing the necessary documents required as per the CMMI Level 5 standard. It includes preparation of Design Documentation, process Specification, Technical Manuals, Test plan etc.
