• The order management process will follow the onboarding of the assets into different locations. With the help of Technology Management Optimization (TMO) through the ticketing process of onboarding.
• Managed data integrity by handling missing values, following the process through the ticketing tools JIRA, ServiceNow, and ITSM.
• Developing the ticket for publishing the catalog on the official portal.

• Provides first line support for technical issues via phone, email and chat understand their concerns and provide prompt accurate solutions
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including operating systems, laptop applications, VDI, MS Office, and accurate solutions.
