Production work

• Fabrication- Sheet thickness as per general notes, sharp edges,bending,welding, grinding & sandring.
• Painting- Pre-treatment tank chemical composition, phosphate coating of components,dryness of pretreated components,paint shade,paint thickness,paint detailed analysis.
• Assembly - Assembling of bay verticals, jointing of bay verticals, feeder sizes & quantity, overall panel dimensions, cable entry arrangement, fixing of cable support channel, fixing of bus‑bar support arrangement, fixing of lighting hood, mounting of components, mounting of current transformer, mounting of potential transformer, mounting of mechanical interlocks, mounting of doors, neatness of gasket of doors, riveting of inscription,pasting of brand sticker.
• Busbar - Bus‑bar material & size, bus‑bar cutting & punching, bus‑bar end chamfering, embossing on bus‑bar ends,proper insulator of bus‑bar, color coded sleeves,tightening of bus‑bars, creepage and clearances.
• wiring- Wire size,wire connection, lugs size and type,lugs tightness, arrangements of power & control terminal, aux/control voltage arrangement, tagging of component,earthing of door.
