- Work with Product managers and PCM’s to finalize on the correct information from pricing perspective.

- Work as Business Process Architects and Business System Analyst to retrieve the information on cloud products pricing strategy.

- Doing a strong analysis of part numbers BOM structure.

- Work in Oracle ERP, SFDC and SAP for uploading pricing data, verifying the VPB(Volume Price Break) rate plans with foreign currencies and create quotes to cross verify the outputs for sales team to run the business smooth.

- Work on defects and issues raised by the QA, PM, PCM, Sales Team and Quoting Team, in Azure DevOps and fix them with required analysis, update and deployment, with the help of cross-functional teams.

- Learn the products configuration rules and specification for performing strong analysis of the issue and coming up with the most efficient solution for Quote Configurations.

- Worked on SFDC/SAP functionalities and providing appropriate information to sales on quote status.

- Follow the instructions of product mechanism updates from the product configuration teams.

- Co-ordinate with the other global business teams and resolve the sales query.

- Work closely with sales for preparing quotations.

- Handling queries from sales on products and configurations.

- Handling the sales request for discount based thresholds/margin that we can give on a deal-by-deal basis.

- Follow the instructions of product mechanism updates from the product configuration teams.

- Portal Management and Content management using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SP services, CAML

- Effective communication skills and Webpages development skills for projects in SharePoint platform.

- Analysis and Research on strategy and techniques to fulfill client requirement.

- Worked on creating Quotes for Sales based on the request submitted. This included all kinds of Oracle Hardware, Software and Services.

- Troubleshooting any issues that were brought to us by the Sales in their quotes.
